DigitalPLRBase Agreement

Welcome to DigitalPLRBase! This License Agreement outlines the permitted use of our PLR (Private Label Rights), MRR (Master Resell Rights), and Personal Use digital products. By purchasing and downloading any product from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Definitions of Rights

PLR (Private Label Rights): You can modify, rebrand, and resell the product as your own. However, you cannot sell the product with PLR rights to your customers (they can only use it, not resell it as PLR).

MRR (Master Resell Rights): You can resell the product AND pass the resale rights to your buyers. However, you cannot modify the product before reselling it.

Personal Use License: The product is for your own personal or business use only. You cannot sell, share, or redistribute it.

License Usage Rights

✅ What You CAN Do:

✔  PLR Products
Modify, edit, and rebrand the product as your own
Resell it as a digital or printed product under your brand
Bundle it with other products for sale
Offer it as a lead magnet (but not the editable source files)

✔  MRR Products
Sell the product as-is, without modifications
Pass resell rights to your buyers
Include it in a paid membership site

✔  Personal Use Products
Use the product for yourself or your business only
Print and use personally

🚫 What You CANNOT Do:

❌ For PLR & MRR Products:

  • Sell, share, or distribute the editable source files (Canva, PDF, DOCX, PSD, AI, PPTX, etc.)
  • Resell the product on PLR marketplaces or membership sites offering unlimited downloads
  • Sell on Etsy, Creative Market, Amazon KDP, or other third-party marketplaces without significant modification
  • Claim copyright ownership of the product
  • Use our brand name "DigitalPLRBase" when reselling

❌ For MRR Products Only:

  • Modify or rebrand the product before reselling
  • Sell it as a PLR product (you can only sell it with MRR)

❌ For Personal Use Products:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the product in any form
  • Use the product in commercial projects

Earning Disclaimer

DigitalPLRBase provides PLR and MRR digital products to help individuals and businesses save time and create value. However, we do not guarantee any specific financial results from using our products.

By purchasing from DigitalPLRBase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your success depends on your effort, marketing, and business strategy.
  • We are not responsible for how you use, market, or sell the products.
  • Past results do not guarantee future earnings.

All earnings and income statements are estimates only, and we make no assurances that you will achieve similar results.

Refund & Liability Disclaimer

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims that arise from the use of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the materials in compliance with applicable laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom/England. By purchasing from DigitalPLRBase, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom/England.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Intellectual Property

All digital products sold on DigitalPLRBase remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Purchasing a license does not grant copyright ownership.

Violations & License Termination

If you violate any of these terms, your license will be revoked without notice, and you may face legal action.
